Get feed updates via text message

Here's how he set it up, using Gmail and his phone's text message email address:
1. Find the URL for the RSS feed.
2. Go to rssfwd.com.
3 Paste the RSS URL into the box.
4. Check Text-only emails and make sure "Clustered" is unchecked.
5. Enter your Gmail address. I used the username+stuff@gmail.com trick, to make filtering easier and more precise.
6. Wait for the activation email to appear in your inbox.
7. Click the activation link.
8. Return to your inbox and create a filter.
9. In the "TO" field, put the address you provided (this is where the +stuff trick comes in handy). If you provided a generic address (with no +stuff), and you're just gonna do the one blog, add the blog's name as it appeared in the sender's name in the activation email.
10. In the part where you choose the actions for the filter to take, check forward messages, and put in your phone's email address in the box. Set any other options you want too (I set archive also.)
11. Save the filter to whatever name you want.
Now, any time the blog updates, your phone will receive the latest entry as a text or picture message.
