Here’s part 1 of 4 part video tutorial that I made a few months ago. It shows you how to animate a walk cycle in Flash, using shape tweening and motion tweening:
Step 1
Right click on each of the following three images and save them on your computer: "body.gif", "left.gif" and "right.gif". You need them to complete this tutorial.
Step 2
Create a new document in Flash MX (400X300 pixels). In Timeline Tab insert 3 layers. Now we have 4 layers. Rename these layers like this:

Import the pictures that you saved in the first Step , as follows: in the layer "body" import the "body.gif", in the layer "left" - "left.gif" and in the layer "right" import "right.gif". Look the results:

Adjust the pictures positions like below:
Step 5
On the layer "bgr" using Brush Tool (B) draw the contour of the butterfly's body. The result should be like this:
Step 6
Now the wings animation. Choose layer "left". On the frame 28 insert a new frame then right click and Create Tween Motion. On the frame 5 right click and Insert Keyframe. New keyframes on the frames 8, 12, 16, 24, 28.
Repeat the Step with the layer "right". You should get something like this:
Step 7
On the keyframe "left" in position 5, select the "left.gif" in stage, resize it and move it to the next coordinates: X=188.4, Y=36.5.
On the keyframe "right" in position 5, resize and move to: X=198.4, Y=43.5.
Step 8
Repeat Step 7 for keyframe 12: resize and move "left.gif" X=164.9, Y=36.5, "right.gif" X=197.9, Y=43.5:

For keyframe 24 resize and move "left.gif" X=142.4, Y=36.5 and "right.gif" X=197.9, Y=43.5.
Step 10
On the layer "body" in position 28 right click and Insert Frame. Repeat this for layer "bgr".
Step 11
CTRL+ENTER and watch your movie.
WWE WrestleMania XXVI(26) will take place on March 28, 2010 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
- The dark part is a 16 Man Battle Royal. Yoshi’s Tatsu victory. We will have more details later on the real battlefield. The University of Phoenix Stadium roof is open and it is said, according to the most amazing WrestleMania installation. Stay tuned for pay-per-view coverage.
- WrestleMania 26 by starting the University of Phoenix Stadium in Phoenix, Arizona with Justin Roberts welcomed us. American fighter planes flying over the edge of the stage before the winner of a Grammy Fantasia began singing “America the Beautiful.”
- Let’s take a look at nice video package of the WWE Superstars of WrestleMania, play tonight. The video focuses on the superstars chasing their moments WrestleMania. The time is now, she says … Welcome to WrestleMania!
- We are the University of Phoenix Stadium to live as the pyro explodes and we see the house packed. Michael Cole welcomes us to WrestleMania 26. Ring the bell and you go in the ring.

The Rock opens the show and takes his time soaking in the reaction from the fans as he comes to the ring. He breaks into a big smile as the fans cheer him, and he says that finally, the Rock HAS COME BACK TO ATLANTA! And finally, the Rock HAS COME BACK TO WRESTLEMANIA! The Rock promises that this will be the most memorable Wrestlemania of all time: the electricity is in the air and all around us, and he asks if the fans can feel, taste, and smell it? The fans react affirmatively, and start a Rocky chant. Rock says they’re making history, so they’re going to have some fun, and when he says wrestle, they say mania. He says wrestle three times, and each time the fans go mania. He says he’s got a message for one WWE superstar backstage deciding which color shirt he’s going to put on tonight, then Rock pauses to take a sip from the People’s Water, then tells the fans that when he says Yabba, they say Dabba. Same routine as before, and then he says he’s with the millions (and millions) of the Rock’s fans because this is Wrestlemania, this is the Showcase of the Immortals, and this is hosted by the jabroni beating, pie eating….well, he says lots of stuff and says that Wrestlemania is bigger than Christmas because Rock is bringing it all over Atlanta, if you s- no, Rock says that catchphrase and electrifying catchphrase in the world, so it needs to be special. It doesn’t belong to the Rock, that catchphrase belongs to the people, so he wants all the fans to get on their feet, assume the position, and say it loud and proud…if you SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN’. Rock finishes by flashing the eyebrow. Great segment to get the crowd going!
Wrestlemania and running down the top matches on this year’s show, then it’s time to hit the fireworks and start the show.
For those who were wondering, Michael Cole is indeed doing commentary from the safety of his box, as is Jerry Lawler.

Josh Matthews and Jerry Lawler go through some of the celebrities to have come to Wrestlemania over the years, then we go backstage to Snoop Dogg and Teddy Long. Snoop wants some talent to take on tour with him, and Teddy has some folks lined up: first is William Regal, who comes out and raps about being from Blackpool in true gangsta fashion. Snoop isn’t having it, so next we get Khali and Beth Phoenix who sing Grease, followed by Zack Ryder singing about Friday. Roddy Piper sneaks up from behind and blasts Zack in the back of the head with a coconut. Next up was Yoshi Tatsu and Chris Masters, with Masters bouncing his pecs to the We Will Rock You beat while Tatsu sang. Hornswoggle comes out and Snoop likes him, but Teddy Long tells Snoop that Hornswoggle can’t talk or anything. Teddy says it’s time to roll on out of here, and Hornswoggle looks disappointed and waves goodbye at them. As soon as they’re gone, the lights go down and the Bellas come in and dance as Hornswoggle raps. That was SO bizarre.
Winners: Big Show, Kane, Santino Marella & Kofi Kingston
backstage to the Rock with Eve Torres. Eve feels his muscles, and then tells Rock how magical Wrestlemania has been. Rock wants Eve to know that he creates magical moments just like that, and says that whoever comes around that corner, he’ll create an unforgettable moment with whoever it is. Rock turns around and it’s…who else, Mae Young! Mae tells Rock that she wants the People’s Strudel, and Rock says there should be other strudels from people she should be craving, like Moses. Rock introduces Mae and Eve, like her childhood friends Adam and Eve. Mae says not to make jokes because she’s the one and only Mae Young, so Rock asks Eve to escort Mae to her seat to enjoy the rest of the show. Mae slaps Rock on the ass on her way out, and Rock says it couldn’t have been anyone else coming around the corner. He turns around again and it’s Steve Austin. They go face to face and Rock asks if he’s ready to kick some ass tonight, and Rock says he’s here to bring it. They share a tense handshake and then walk off separately. That was a GREAT moment.

backstage to Rock and Mean Gene, who says this Wrestlemania is great. Rock says that he hear’s John Cena’s biggest fan ins here and wants to confront Rock. Gene says he’s already here, and Rock turns around and comes face to face with the fan, and says he should have known. The camera pans wide and we see that Rock is face to face with Pee Wee Herman, who does you can’t see me at Rock. Rock asks if he realizes how ridiculous he looks doing all that and says Pee Wee has potential to be a real man. Rock asks if he wants to be a man with Team Bring It, or if he wants to join the Froot Loop Troop. Gene comes in wearing John Cena gear, and Pee Wee says he wants to be on Team Bring It, so Rock tells him he knows what he has to do, so Pee Wee asks if you SMELLLLLLLLLLLALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALA WHAT THE PEE IS COOKIN’.
introduction of the Hall Of Fame inductees, with Shawn Michaels getting his own introduction with his entrance music and everything.
introduce the announcers for the following match: Booker T and…that’s right, Jim Ross! Michael Cole comes out dressed in amateur wrestling attire and says it’s nice to see Jim Ross has stayed in shape since he took his job. Cole says Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler have a lot in common: they’re both overweight, they’re both overrated, and they’re both over the hill. Cole says that Jerry Lawler’s been in the business as long as Cole has been alive, but this is Lawler’s first Wrestlemania match, but he wants all the Coleminers to know that this is his first Wrestlemania match as well. Once this match is over, Jim Ross is going to go back to making really bad barbecue sauce, Jerry Lawler’s going to go back to being overrated, and Austin’s going to raise his hand, and then everyone will proclaim Cole the new Mr Wrestlemania!
Next we get the introduction of Jack Swagger, who makes his usual entrance, but before he makes it to the ring, Steve Austin’s music hits and he comes out on the ATV and rushes Swagger, who dives out of the way. Austin goes all around the ring on the ATV, and Cole also dives out of the way and hides in his box. Austin rolls up and tells Cole to get in the ring, then gets in the ring and goes to all four corners to soak in the cheers as Cole loosens up in the box.
Jerry Lawler makes his entrance next, wearing the old school red cape with the buckle in front and carrying his crown. Cole is doing squats in the box and yells to Austin that he’s not ready yet. Austin rings the bell, and we’re off.
Winner: Michael Cole by disqualification
ideo package recapping some of the events of Wrestlemania weekend at Axxess, the Wrestlemania golf tournament, a reading competition at a library, and to the state senate house for a declaration of this becoming Wrestlemania weekend, and finally an art raffle.

a video package of Miz watching Hogan, Flair, Austin and Michaels in his youth, his time on the Real World, his beginning as the host of Smackdown, and eventually his victory over Randy Orton for the WWE Title. Miz makes his entrance and you can see on his face that everything he’s done in his entire life has been for this moment. A choir comes out to sing, and then we see a video package of John Cena through the years from his youth and through the years of his career, then it’s back to the choir for more singing and Cena comes tearing out of the back and to the ring. The introductions go off, the bell rings (twice, in fact), and it’s time for the main event.
Winner: The John Cena

Shawn Michaels posted a new blog on his official Facebook page and he tweeted earlier that he plans on writing more in the future if fans like it. The following is an excerpt:
"Let me give you a little history. I grew up in a military family. My father is a retired Air Force Col. and he stressed the importance of discipline, hard work and self-sufficiency. Although I did not grow up hunting, I did grow up around it. After all, I did grow up a Texan! But, I was spending 250 days a year on the road jumping off of things much too high, so I simply did not have the time. However, I always wanted to get into hunting. It took a severe back injury to lead me down a path that would change my life forever, and that included. starting to hunt.
When recovering from my back surgery a friend of mine took me on a deer hunt. It was a life changing experience. I found myself alone in the midst of the splendor of God’s creation. For what seemed like the first time I listened to the wind blowing, and the birds chirping. I saw a bluer sky and greener grass. I enjoyed the challenge of becoming a better marksman and better provider for my family. Also, it was then that I realized I was actually a mortal. Everything in my life changed, forever. Jesus Christ became my personal Lord and Savior and I vowed to live the rest of my life guided by faith and to read and study the Bible to help me on that journey.
Although I thought my WWE career was over at that time and I would actually get to start hunting more, God had other plans for me. With faith, determination and the support of my wife Rebecca, “The Showstopper” had one more come back in him. I was able to not only get back into the WWE ring, but to come back and wrestle some of the best matches of my life. I had made it back !
Now, fast-forward almost a decade later and I find myself retired from the WWE ring. I have been hunting for over 12 years and now find myself hosting a show on Outdoor Channel. To be specific, I am hosting, “Shawn Michaels” MacMillan River Adventures with my friend Keith Mark. The show will air Tuesday nights at 11:30 pm EST and Saturday night at 7:00 pm EST starting June 28, 2011!"
